Inner Calm and Peace
I ❤️ hypnotherapy meditations! It has been awhile since I have listened to this session. The beauty with hypnotherapy is you can go anywhere you want in your mind. Plus, the positive affirmations that are being recited your subconscious will absorb.
Starting this session with laying down on my couch, practicing a diaphragmatic breathing technique I am walking through a meadow on a Summer sunny day inhaling the clean fresh air. Feeling the warm sunshine on my face and skin. I hear the soothing sounds of a stream flowing in the distance. I continue to walk feeling the soft grass underneath my feet til I reach the stream. I find a shady comfortable spot to lay down on the soft grass to gaze up at the sky. I am watching the few clouds float by in the sky. In this moment, I am more relaxed than I have felt in a long time. A deep sense of inner calm and peace washes over my entire being.
This was exactly the mental vacation I needed this afternoon.I am feeling calm and centered. Ready to carry on with the rest of my day. Namaste!🙏
