Zooming...
Taking some time to zoom our inner and outer worlds is a wonderful way to get into the Now. In this open awareness and embodiment meditation, Lisa guides us to zoom outwards and inwards, giving us important perspectives on both worlds.
Sitting in my backyard, I opened my eyes and began to zoom outwards, scanning the open sky that surrounded me. Bringing my zoom in a little, I noticed my surroundings in the foreground. Putting the cap on my lens by shutting my eyes, I opened the sense door of my ears. Enhancing my soundscape experience by closing my eyes gave me an appreciation for my ears. Zooming inward while placing my hand over my belly, I felt how this area expanded and collapsed with each breath. Scanning my heart and mind, I inquired how each of these areas were feeling and thinking. In this moment, I felt joy in my heart and my mind had no thoughts to speak of. Doing this zooming practice, I am brought into the Now, where I can find infinite possibilities, infinite curiosity and infinite love. Thank you, Lisa! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
