Finding a comfortable place to sit can be helpful, try sitting in a hard backed up right chair where your feet reach the floor easily. This short guided meditation assists you to find a comfortable seat in an upright open posture, where there is a sense of openness and stability. i hope this practice can support you to find a posture thats supports you to practice with ease and comfort. My shoulders
I've developed horrible posture growing up with my shoulders slouched forward because I felt safe like that. Confidence was never something I knew and my posture reflected it. This was a good reminder that good posture will help with feeling more comfortable and at ease.

A rose by any other...
I've learned... That it's wise to stop and smell the roses, even if it's actually the aroma of the cluster of fast food restaurants near my daughter's high school as I wait for dismissal. I can sit comfortably in my car and relax, reflect, replenish and rejuvenate. What a reward! Namaste.

What a perfect way to start off a new day! Right after waking up I took advantage of the morning peacefulness and started with Aura! What a rush! I love the simplicity of chair meditation. It relieves my early morning aches and pains, helps me to focus and get ready for my day and helps me to start my day feeling refreshed and grateful! Who could ask for more! Thank you!

I learned through this meditation that I am not a beginner. I wanted this app to provide me with several things... consistency in daily meditation, reduce stress and stressors in my life and provide positive thoughts to increase my personal health and well-being. Today’s meditation Chair Posture just didn’t do it.

I learned that paying closer attention to my sitting posture allows me to focus better. I noticed the tightness in my head and shoulders and felt a great relief when I released that tension. Great feeling!

It takes a lot of effort to feel comfortable and awake without falling asleep. I did feel incredibly relaxed and my mind was very clear after the session. It was great!

There is a difference between being alert and anxious/ expecting a problem, versus alert and noticing, acknowledging and accepting all I can sense around me. I will try for the latter during my day. Namaste

This meditation time taught me that it is important to pay attention to our posture and how we can sit comfortably in a position while meditating. It helped to close my eyes and take in my surroundings with different senses during this session.

Setting myself up for the chair posture made me feel very comfortable and almost part of the chair. It made me quite aware of how I lack good posture. It’s also a very good place to be for continuing meditation by myself; I could sit for quite awhile without having to readjust my body. Excellent! ❤️🌷🙏

I learned that sitting in a chair can be relaxing if you allow yourself to take a moment to breathe while you listen to what is going on around you. That you don't have to do deep breathes to relax, you can just use the moment you are in.

Great technique to get back to mindfulness- just sitting properly and get this 'mortal coil' (body) 'together' - this alone is sufficient during working hours. May be a glass of WATER too.

This is a good meditation that reminds us how to sit correctly in a chair while meditating. Having proper posture during meditating will allow us to receive all the benefits that meditation has to offer us. After I followed her recommendations, I began to feel so comfortable and relaxed, almost as if the chair and I were becoming one. I became aware of my surroundings and then turned my focus to my breath. I am left feeling grounded and refreshed to begin my day. Have a wonderful day! 🙏🏻❤️😊

It was nice to be reminded that if you sit with intent, you will be refreshed. We sit so much as a culture but if you have poor posture, it will not be very beneficial.

It was nice to be reminded to sit in a relaxed way. That does not mean slouching which actually is more work than sitting correctly. When sitting comfortably, the mind can work on other things

Good mid-day check in
I really liked this meditation because I am working from home and it is nice to pause, refresh and check in with my body. It is good to be mindful of my posture throughout the day in order to try and improve it.

Meditation has taught me how to become deeper in my thinking and it also teaches how to be reflective with the simplest things. I personally am reflective whenever I take my dogs for a walk
