I felt instant release on my back that has been tense for days.
You have to take a minute of your day to take care of yourself and your body.
i realized that alot of your body plays a part in your breathing. i focused on my body and i now feel alot more relaxed .
Caring For Your Spine
What a gentle stretch to start my day. The stretches even felt good to my stiff neck. I hold my tension in my neck and back so it felt good to get it moving.
Spine Stretches
Since I had my yoga mat out from just finishing a session targeting my back, I decided to try this meditation out. Lisa gives us 3 gentle stretching techniques to help stretch out our spine. I found doing these additional stretches helped release any tightness I was still feeling in my neck. It is always important to listen to what your body is telling you. If any of these stretches seem too strenuous, adjust to what feels comfortable for you.
I have back trouble at the moment so this was nice. It was gentle and has helped a little.
I learned that gentle stretching feels better that pushing out the stretch.
A little motivation can go a long way when I’m trying to get going in the morning.
Daily Practice

Less constricted breaths
The spine movements helped make my breaths less constricted feeling and eased my anxiety better than an earlier meditation session.
