Caring for your spine is important for integrating balance into your nervous system. As we age our bodies can become less fluid. It's important to look after the spine each day and allow gentle movements to pump fluid into the disks. This can encourage freedom of movement and less pain or stagnation of energy. Too much sitting causes the spine and the muscles supporting the back to become tense. I invite you to move your spine every day to allow the energy to flow which supports the nervous system, health, and vibrancy. Thank you for your ongoing practice.

Some things never change
When I became to pregnant to ride my bike, I started walking. When walking became boring, I started prenatal yoga. Yoga carried me through to the end. Ultimately this helped me cope with pain during labor and delivery. I learned to breathe, stay in the moment, and use my strong muscles.

Healthy back, healthy body and mind!
The spine is the fruit of a youthful quality of life. When my spine is flexible and loose, I feel galvanized. Capable of movement and balance and freedom.

Small and Simple
Sometimes when we feel we are consumed at such deep levels of negativity, the last thing on our mind or priority list is exercise. In fact most of us at this point feel like we’ve been run over by a bus!! This is a PERFECT TIME to RELAX!! What better way to relax than to start using the meditation and breathing exercises we’ve learned?!?! Only 3 minutes of time, small and simple effort can change your outlook on life and the way you feel to! IT’S WORTH IT RIGHT?!!!

Minding the spine
I never really give it much thought but, the spine is crucial to the way I feel. Literally, connecting me mentally and physically, it’s the core to my performance and deserves more attention. I’m definitely going to be more mindful of this moving forward.

Yoga?
I guess I am just confused as to how doing this type of yoga if you would call it that can help my sadness or as to the problems with my spine and back. It is just confusing to me.

Unclear
I wasn’t a huge fan of this meditation. I much prefer to do my meditation lying down and I wasn’t prepared to do yoga.

Spine
I felt great after..: although I kept getting confused as to the actual movement and when to breath in and out 🤣 So I just pictured yoga. When you put your head on the floor between your hands (breath in) and extend out breath out! (Pictures may of helped)

Spine love
E. A. G. L. E. S. Eagles 🦅!!!!!!!! Had to get that out!!! Todays practice taught me how to pay closer attention to my spine and to appreciate this wonderful part of my physical inner self. I learned that i can apply this lesson to all of my body parts inside and out. I have a lot of inner dialogue (sometimes they are full blown conversations) but i thanked my spine today and I can feel that it is appreciated. Love yourself inside and out! Little by little piece by piece. Have a great day especially all you patriot fans! Great game!

I didn’t fully understand the pose.
I found it unclear what the pose was. More explanation would be helpful. Thanks.

Day 8
I took a bit of time off from Aura, mostly because I felt happier and more at ease, but I’ve realized that by returning to a mindful mindset (say that 10 times fast), and remembering to take care of my body no matter my mood, is essential to feeling whole. While God presents me with new challenges and gifts, the more in tune I am with my body and mind, the more effectively I can tackle them. Connecting with my spine made me remember that everything is connected and supported, and that if I don’t support my base, I will not be able to grow and improve.

My first Aura session
I learned that I need to pay more attention to my body, how fragile it really is. And how much I should focus on it

The Spine
What a great experience to totally focus on my spine. Being the conduit for the entire nervous system, it only makes sense to take care of it. ⭐️

Juices Flowing Again
This is an excellent session to begin our day with! If we sit or lay too long and become stagnant, our nervous system can become stagnant as well. This is a powerful session, which consists of three yoga-type exercises, that we can do each morning to get the fluid in between our discs flowing once again. I stood up and began to follow the narrator’s directions. While I am not absolutely positive I was performing each exercise correctly, I could feel a sense of aliveness brewing within me. Prior to performing these exercises, I wasn’t feeling very well. Even though I am still not feeling 100%, it sure does feel great to get my juices flowing again! I will definitely return to this session! Thank you Aura! Namaste ❤️☮️🙏🏻😊
