Take some time to pause in your day, to come back to the present with this calming pause meditation. During the day, we can be rushing around from task to task, often lost in thought, which can create feelings of stress. If we pause and cultivate mindful awareness of our experience, it can help us to feel more grounded and steady, so we feel less overwhelmed. We can then move forward feeling refreshed and more confident about our choices.
