Body Scan
As someone who deals with ADHD, sometimes my mind wanders too much, but I feel like my body really appreciates these body scans. It’s like me taking a moment to say good day to myself. I love that I’ve taken the time to check on myself, and my body feels energized and ready to go for the day. Thanks for this 🙏🏽🩵
I need more meditation!
So I’m going back in! I’m going back in I didn’t get enough meditation the meditation was great and I just showed my daughter how to meditate I didn’t receive enough meditation so I’m going back in now
