My body is amazing
I forget how amazing our bodies are! All the things that they can do. So many automatic systems running at the same time. I don’t even have to think about them. If I had just taken better care of my body through the years, what a better place I’d be now. Going forward, I will start to think about my body and taking better care of this wonderful vessel that I inhabit.
My body
My body is here, it’s usually just there doing it’s thing, unappreciated for many of its functions and an object of disappointment for my demanding brain... it was nice to show it some gratitude though it felt strange to be actively grateful for many of the things that have been sources of disquiet perhaps more of this will encourage a healthier relationship with my being. Namaste
Body Love
My first body love meditation. Going through each part of my body and expressing gratitude for each. I will definitely listen to other meditations you have. The one that really touched me was being thankful for my female organs that allow me to give life. That is the best thing I've ever done is have my kids. Growing in my belly. Giving birth. I like this meditation geared toward women. Thank you.
