At first i couldn’t calm my mind but after a while i literally felt like i was floating and had a nice sleep :) TILL i got woken up by my bloody ringtone blaring in my headphones, jumped outta my sleep 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

Wandering thoughts
I found my mind wandering away quite a bit. As a mindfulness meditator, this was a bit frustrating - but then this is why I’m here I suppose. Mindfulness during the day is not my problem for the most part. It’s calming my thoughts at night. I eventually fell asleep and slept fairly well, but I was definitely still awake when the session ended.

This is my favorite sleep hypnosis therapy ever!
I love this—it really helps me sleep. I try to use my airpods (but then I sort of wake to put them away safely). But I like to fall asleep on my side so they aren’t really comfortable. But this is so so good that I bought a small round high quality speaker I can put on my pillow above my head and then it this still works and I stay asleep.

I woke up at midnight as usual & decided to try Aura. I tossed & turned through the beginning of the session, but then started to relax a bit more until I finally fell asleep. I hope it will work again!

I felt relaxed through the guided breathing and I fell asleep, but then slightly woke and heard the music still playing. When I turned it off I dropped my AirPods and went searching for them which woke me up fully. I was able to fall back to sleep, but still woke up at 3:45 and did not sleep well after that.

Fell asleep within like 20-30mins. Still working away. It’s 5:30am and I got up, well, actually, I’ve gotten up a few times in the night because I just can’t sleep. I’m uncomfortable in bed. Try different positions….idk what’s going on..:. Oh and of course had to get up this time and do some eating of PB & J. Psh.

I learned that hypnosis seems a lot like meditation. I get more relaxed as I do the breathing but I don’t fully switch off and my thoughts turn back to work.

Good but it caused me pain
This guy knows what he’s doing. I felt extremely relaxed for most of it to the point where there was practically no tension in my body, the problem is that it started to cause pain after a while and it got pretty unbearable before the end, so I ended up having to turn, get out of bed and stretch, and had trouble falling asleep after the meditation ended. In the morning I had muscle pain, the kind you’d get after exercising, all over my body except for my face. Is that normal? I don’t usually experience pain while lying in bed.

Which I think proves the fact that it works! I woke up in the middle of the night and was struggling to fall back to sleep, tossing for at least 2 hrs in bed. I put this on, and probably have slept instantly as I have no recollection of the content. Woke up refreshed, which is what matters.
