I really enjoyed and felt connected while doing this meditation. It holds a core belief of mine that positivity begets positivity. We all share the choice to be happy or not. To be positive attracts more positivity into your life. What will you choose?

Positive Energy Bubble
Happiness is being fully present in the moment. The present moment is the only one that matters. During this meditation, Glenn takes you on a relaxing journey on building a bubble around yourself that attract positive energy as well as positive things in your life. It keeps the negative away. I find this visual comforting which I will keep that thought with me throughout the day. The only thing I did not like with this meditation is how abruptly it ended. I was feeling some sort of funk or fog today, nothing wrong going on but some stressors. I was able to carve out 30 minutes of complete quiet and alone time. This meditation immediately made me feel better and more connected.

Realigning Myself and Thoughts
Hypnosis isn’t bad at all. It allowed me to be one with myself without guilt. My body drifted deeper and deeper into the atmosphere. Even when I was temporarily interrupted for a short period, I was able to get back into the flow of my meditation. I would like to go over the meditation again. This time with no interruptions and really concentrating on leaving notes of my experience. The one thing I DID NOT like about it is it going directly into another session without warning. It shook me a bit. Other than than, it was great.

My first ever Meditative Hypnosis session
I feel more calm after the meditation and hypnosis … I needed to get going early, so didn’t finish the full session and my participation was up to the nature sounds at the end, but I loved repeating the affirmations, and the echoey back track whilst so. They we’re empowering, uplifting and gave me hope for a good day ahead. It is morning where I am now. The dialogue about infinite Source within us was very good and good to know in my life from here on in. Also the part about attracting positive people and life getting better and in a flow, while working with the infinite within us from Source, had me very in a bit of great awe and feeling satisfied knowing I could keep this in my heart from now on and relieve worries. I was so at peace while I was listening. Thank you for this experience, Glenn.
