Illuminating...
While listening to background music that has been specifically recorded at a frequency of 852 Hz to aid in awakening my intuition, I began to circulate my breath by breathing in through my nose and breathing out through my mouth. Allowing my body to let go of any tension as I felt my body breathe, I found myself laying down in a meadow and watching a beautiful sunset. As the sun lowered in the sky, the colors in the sky changed from a vibrant indigo to complete darkness. Looking up into the vast darkness, I became memorized by the tiny specks of light that illuminated the dark sky.
I zoomed in on one particular twinkling star. As I became memorized by it, my body felt refreshed and rejuvenated. Breathing in its marvelous twinkling light, my body gave in to its powerful force and began floating towards the star. Floating, my vibrations also rose. Filled with delight, a door opened as I approached this glorious star. Within the star, I was surrounded by angels glowing in a beautiful white light. Sensing unconditional love swirling all within as well as around me in this sacred space, my body dissolved. In this formless state, love was all there was. Hearing and repeating powerful affirmations, my soul twinkled with a brilliant light of peace. I am in awe of this incredible experience!
Back in my body, I sensed the here and now by feeling the weight of my feet on the floor below. Growing roots, my feet tapped into the core of the earth where a beautiful hue of pink exists. Grounded in this powerful force, my body filled with loving kindness. As I listened to the background music for the remainder of this powerful meditation, I felt so grateful to be alive! Grateful to expand my consciousness. Grateful to activate my intuition and witness my power. Grateful to see through the illusions. Grateful to witness truth when it is apparent.
