I learned that by asking for support that I make someone feel more grateful and happy in there life? Although right at this moment I'm not convinced that's the case.
I am going through a career changing process at the age of 65 and this meditation helped me have a deeper appreciation for the incredible support I have from my staff and my partners. The support, trust and dedication to each other in this work environment can best be described as a form of platonic love that lifts me up when I start to worry about things that are not worry worthy. My gratitude is intoxicating! Thank you God
