I am almost always holding my breath. I breathe poorly and I don’t know why. When I try to be conscious of my body and my lung muscles I feel a little stressed out but I soon have my mind in a mellow place where I can feel it sync with my breathing. I wish it was able to come more effortlessly.... baby steps...But I am always amazed at the effects of this little app and wonderful people guiding me into the light.

... when ever you are feeling anxious and stressed use your breath to anchor yourself to the moment... These hypnotherapy sessions are very powerful and I credit them for helping me to make the biggest changes. I enjoy and use the other tapes as well but it is the subliminal suggestions in the hypnotherapy tapes that I believe have had the most impact on my progress.

Loosen the reins
Today, I felt so frustrated with my partner and for a second i stepped back from the situation and asked myself why I was reacting the way I was reacting. I realized I like having control. Not over him, but on things like being the driver rather than the passenger. Sounds silly now but I thought of that listening to this story. I will work on being mindful and enjoying what others do for me.

I was starting to feel a little overloaded from tasks of the day and unexpected stresses popping up. This was a nice time out to be able to regroup. I found his voice soothing. This meditation you focus on your breathing to bring you back to a calm state.
