I am almost always holding my breath. I breathe poorly and I don’t know why. When I try to be conscious of my body and my lung muscles I feel a little stressed out but I soon have my mind in a mellow place where I can feel it sync with my breathing. I wish it was able to come more effortlessly.... baby steps...But I am always amazed at the effects of this little app and wonderful people guiding me into the light.

How i felt during my session
I felt really relaxed. I felt as though for those 3 minutes time stopped and i had a chance to breath. I was released of all tension and anxiety. I was able to relax and let go for a little bit.
