Super calming 😴
It takes me longer than most people to unwind and drift off to sleep. This meditation made me sleepy before it ended and that’s unusual for me. I slept well and feel calm this morning. Thanks Glenn, for creating this super comforting and calming sleep meditation. 💙

I’ve been using this to sleep daily for the last 3 years and works flawlessly. Put on some background noise like rain, and ocean or something, and follow the instructions and you’ll be deep asleep in no time.
