When we feel low, or anxious, or frustrated, we also often feel very isolated and convinced that we're the only person in the world to feel like this. Yet when we think on it for a moment, how can that be true? we all feel the same things, sooner or later, and it can be encouraging to know that others feel the same way too.

Not alone though often feel that way
My work BFF retired today. She’s more than 10 years older than me, so I have many more years to work. Feeling lonely already. Losing a resource who I confide in, lean on, etc. Shes a good person, and I trust her. It can be hard to navigate things without a person like that. I may not be the only one who feels that way, but if I can’t find the others, I feel alone.
Not alone
I am exhausted. Mom to a little boy who is so active, husband is frustrated with my depression, work is demanding... I’m so tired.
It’s okay.
Even if something is difficult, it’s okay. It’s all okay! I am not alone in feeling stressed when going through a difficult situation. Out of 7 billion people, at least one other person is feeling the same way.
Loved this. You are Not alone. Thank you so much. This has made a big difference. Tomorrow
tomorrow I will listen to the longer version. ❤️ Thank you.
Frustrated , disappointed & lonely
Not every thought I have is true, feels like this will Last forever, but not true - Like everything this will pass
Alone together, together alone
Our mind has a habit of tricking us into thinking that we are alone in our thoughts. That all of our problems, fears, and worries are unique to us. Feeling isolated and lonely. But is that necessarily true? While our current circumstances are different than others, we share the same feelings. We may even have the same negative thoughts. It lightens the burden that we are not alone; others feel these same feelings. That relinquishes the power these feelings have over us. These feelings are natural. Normal. Part of a shared human experience. They allow us to connect to others. To have compassion for one another. Empathy. We may be alone, but we are not lonely. Together alone.
The journey into self-love and self-acceptance must begin with self-examination. … until you take the journey of self-reflection, it is almost impossible to grow or learn in life
No one is alone
We forget that truly other people are out there like you who are feeling the same way or have felt that way in the past.
Today I’m feeling sad and alone:
My mother died seriously dement; my father with cancer after a stroke, too. I have no siblings - and no friends after moving to another city. 🥲 I try to manage as best as I can doing Meditation, Yoga and TrailRunning. But sometimes I feel alone and „different“. Thank you for the very nice Meditations and „listening“ to me… 🙏
I felt calmer after
Feeling calmer for me is huge right now. I still need to work on my breath work and finding that one place that’s only for me in my mind to make it easier to go to when I’m struggling!
Many people are going through what I am feeling. We are not alone. The human experience is shared by all. Until our last breaths
It will be okay. And will pass, just remember what human experience is and how we share all the ups and downs. Each abs every one of us
