Healthy mindset
I learnt that it is ok to have a negative thought. The negative bias keeps us alive but it does not mean that you have to chase all those thoughts that arise. You just need to acknowledge them and move on.

I learned that the bad thoughts are inevitable and we need them to be alive. There is no need to eliminate them, we need just to acknoledge them without letting them arise.

It is a primordial protective aspect and it’s ok … even healthy to have … it’s taking what the brain serves up and as the brain learns more bus mindfulness selecting choices that best serve in context
