Nervous about the latter half of this week and I knew a few minutes to check in with myself would be helpful. Focusing solely on Lauren’s words and my breathing calmed me down a bit. I settled in my chair, closed my eyes and became aware of my heartbeat. Becoming aware of my heartbeat, pulsating sensations became prevalent, giving my body a sense of incredible aliveness. Becoming aware of the muscle inside my chest, I visualized my heart as a ball glowing in this radiant and glowing loving light. With each new breath, this ball began to double in size and soon, encompassed my entire body. Another breath, this loving light encompassed my house. Another breath, this loving light encompassed my neighborhood. Another breath, this loving light encompassed my town. Another breath, this loving light encompassed my state. Another breath, this loving light encompassed my country. Another breath, this loving light encompassed the entire globe. Taking a few moments to sit and just be in this vastness of radiant and glowing loving light, I am filled with an overwhelming sense of peace, compassion and love. I am reminded of the connective essence we all encompass deep within. Indeed, we are One! After sitting for a few moments in this vastness of loving light encompassing the globe, it was time for me to return to my body. With each new breath, this loving light began to shrink in size until eventually, this radiant and glowing light was back within my heart. A smile came over my face as I sensed this peace, compassion and love within my being. Thank you Lauren for this incredible experience! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
