You Have Permission To Change Your Mind

Who said you had to stick to a belief once you declared it? The practice of awareness teaches us that we are changing moment to moment. We get new information about ourselves, our lives and our desires, and what is important to us that can slightly or fundamentally change things for us. This talk affirms that not only is it ok to change your mind but that it can be an act of mindfulness to evaluate previous choices, beliefs, or stories and choose the opposite. It doesn't mean you were wrong before or that you're wrong now - in fact - you are wonderfully and consciously, human!
