This was a good bedtime meditation or to do in a bath. I enjoyed envisioning lowering myself into water. It was easy to get relaxed by her voice and guided by what she was saying.
As I took a bath, I felt a bit of anxiety as I drew my attention to the pressure I felt in my head, similar to a balloon being too full. But as I quieted my thoughts and listened to the meditative guide, I relaxed.
I am extremely anxious
I get sick when I get this anxious and I can’t sleep
My jaw hurts from clamping it down
I really didn’t think this meditation was very helpful. It felt like it lasted for 2 seconds and didn’t make me tired at all.
I liked thinking about my thoughts as beads of water dripping off into the water. It really helped me recognize the thought and then let it go and get back to mindfulness. I fell into a deep sleep after listening to this meditation.
Today I took time to cleanse and release any energy that is not mine after I got home from work. I instantly felt better and felt a sense of release after a heavy day. I have felt so full of love and so light since I got home and it’s a feeling I’d like to maintain and uphold in myself.
I can actually close my eyes and be in another place! It felt so good and calm. Just an amazing feeling ☺️
First meditation was okay. My thoughts are all over the place and I find the bird sounds very distracting when I’m trying to sleep. I like all that this app to offer and look forward to exploring .
I am drawn to certain voices that soothing or settle
I also notice certain music creates a mood or offers or invites a mood. I go with that. It’s like some one reading out loud and you relax and feel a kindred support connection.
