In this practice, Carla-Jo guides you to cultivate a sense of connection with a friend, being, or animal, so that you feel held and supported. This practice can be done at times where you feel a little stressed or alone to help the body and mind tap into the rest & digest system. When we are in connection with others we feel safe with, the body begins to soften and relax. The amazing thing about our mind and body is that we can generate these feelings internally.
