Most comprehensive Yoga Nidra on Aura
The author’s voice, the length of the meditation, the structuring of the exercises and consistent guidance makes this meditation the most engaging Yoga Nidra exercise I have ever done. In the past, I found Yoga Nidra relaxing, but would often drift off before the practice was complete. I especially enjoyed the positive visualization portion, which I use as a pick me up throughout the day. I do this meditation daily at the end of the day and it ALWAYS relaxes me.
