I am grateful for both the simple things, a tasty meal or the more complex, my relationship with a higher power. Thanks for the reminder to express my gratitude out loud. Getting up an hour early is a proven way for me to have a better dayโ€ฆtime to mediate, pray, workout, read and/or write. Itโ€™s these daily habits which allow me to have better than average days.
