How I feel
I can take deep breaths to calm my anxiety down more with using my antidepressants. Thank you Lord above!
Not sure
Can’t sit thru the meditation but don’t actually feel anxiety. Let’s see what the day brings.
I feel like I need to love and connect with myself more. I feel like I want to say yes to me and live for me.

I am grateful for both the simple things, a tasty meal or the more complex, my relationship with a higher power. Thanks for the reminder to express my gratitude out loud. Getting up an hour early is a proven way for me to have a better day…time to mediate, pray, workout, read and/or write. It’s these daily habits which allow me to have better than average days.
