Wishing Well

This is a wonderful meditation to begin your day with. While you are out and about today, wish everyone you see a good day and greet them with a smile. This can also work with people whom you know across the miles. It is these simple, but thoughtful practices that will not only put them in a better mood, but you as well. Have a great day! ❤️🙏🏻😊

I felt my body charging with positivity. I’m ready to share it with others.

I learned how good it feels to start my day with good energy flowing through my mind and body.

I want to radiate positivity today. I want it to be contagious.

I learned that body language can accomplish that - and you can radiate positivity on everyone.

I wish you a good day. In fact, I hope you have a REALLY good day!! I wish you a Productive & Prosperous day I wish you a Happy, Healthy, Fun day! What a great way to send out good vibes to those you love, as well as total strangers. What if we could all do this say, 10 times a day? Those 10 people could affect people around them and the worlds Gratitude level would come up a notch or two! Such a pleasant thought... ❤️🙏🍀

It’s important to realize that everyone wants to have a good day and little things like smiling or waving or saying hi can help someone start their day in a positive mood.

Exciting Day

In about a half hour I am going to pick up my best friend that is coming from Canada at the airport. This is the 1st time we are meeting in person. We met in an online support group almost 7 years ago. We really are like two peas in a pod. Lol! She will be here visiting for 10 days. I am grateful for her friendship and unconditional love and acceptance. She is a blessing and means the world to me. Wishing all of you a wonderful day!💐

I learned you can bust loneliness and boost sociality by practicing kindness to others in your outlook.
