Taking the time to settle your mind and body before sleep is so important to ensure you have a good night of rest. In this short practice, Carla-Jo helps you to begin to calm your body and mind. The meditation finishes with a short gratitude practice which can help you to cultivate feelings of goodness allowing you to have a positive state of mind as you drift off to sleep. Relaxed
Felt very relaxed. This is my third sleep meditation of the evening and has been the most affective for me - itโ€™s amazing how long it takes the mind to โ€œshut off.โ€

Way too fast
Somehow I found this meditation quite stressful. A lot was said in a short time. Didnโ€™t work for me.

Let go & let be
Winding down before bed. Reflecting on the day and thinking about the things I am grateful for. Itโ€™s a nice way to end the day and also by taking some deep breathes.

Winding Down
Winding down before sleep by tuning in. Focusing on something we are grateful for to end the day on a positive note and recognizing how that makes us feel in our body when we think about it.

Grateful
I enjoy the thoughts of gratitude at the end. Being grateful for the day and all the good that happened to help me relax before bed.
