I noticed that I can check back in with my self it calms down a panic attack. It’s ok to feel this way. Don’t be so hard on myself.

Connection
This coaching session is so spot on. It takes a lot less energy to be in the present moment than to worry about future moments. Also, that robs you of the present moment which is the only moment we have to live our lives.

Why Worry
An absolutely wonderful teacher sharing continued valuable information.

Stress
I need to remember to ground myself and live in the moment. I lose time from the moment by listening to thoughts about the future but the future isn’t here yet. I will try to focus on breathing in these moments to bring myself and my thoughts back to the present.

Concerning...
Thank goodness I do not regularly or actively practice much worry, stress or anxiety like some people choose to do. There is just not a good return of time or energy to invest in these dangerous emotions. Very little positive, but truckloads of negative comes from engaging with them... Including dis-ease in our Body, Mind & Soul. Letting go, being non-judgmental and returning to the moment are much more effective & productive ways to deal with them and are only a breathe or two away. This session to help us remember this. ❤️☮️🍀

A Good Reminder...
This helped me to breathe in some calm, relaxing my body enough to squelch my headache a little bit. I’ll take it! 😊 It’s a great reminder the differences between stress, anxiety, & worry—and how they sometimes occur together. Not a fun party! Yesterday, I didn’t have enough time (or space) to meditate first thing, like I usually do. I was running late. OMG—it showed! I had a rough start to the day and my morning stunk! But... once I got back home & had some time (& space) for meditation, things began improving.

Power To The Breath
What a powerful Life Coaching session! I learned the difference between worry, stress and anxiety. It is only with the breath that will bring you back to the present moment. Therefore, this Life Coaching session is a great reminder to check in with the breath periodically throughout the day to calm body, mind and spirit. Namaste! 🙏🏻❤️

I didn't realize how interconnected worry, stress and anxiety could be. I now wonder if I might meet the clinical definition of having anxiety? It seems to me that I easily slip through all three states regularly. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'll do my best from now on to identify which state I'm actually experiencing at any given time. Regardless, I truly wish that my ”stressors” would simply fade away!

So What?
As I focused on my breath, I remembered someone telling me recently to ask “so what?” when I felt anxious or stressed. I asked that as I focused on my breath going in and going out. By the time I finished I could feel a sense of calmness. Physically and mentally. God is good! ❤️

The value in breathing
I realized that taking a moment to notice my breath is really powerful and making needed adjustments to the way I am breathing can help alleviate worry, stress, or anxiety.

Worry, stress and anxiety
I think it was useful to hear the difference between worry, stress and anxiety. And that those often overlap. I think this helps me in the future to detect am I worried, stressed or being anxious.

Energy
I really liked when she said it takes much less energy to calm and ground yourself rather than being stressed or anxious. It’s so true and I never really thought of it that way.

Learning
I’m learning about fight or flight and how to breath and let things go. Life is a journey and much too short to worry about things that won’t matter tomorrow.

Wasn’t very helpful for someone who has researched anxiety and stress already....nothing unique

What , Me Worry?
The Breath is a very powerful tool to bring you back into the present moment. Check in with the breath, go home with the breath, relax with the breath, let go with the breath... in this moment is all there is... live in it, and don’t worry about past or future as you are not in the present moment when you are fixated in those , plus that leads to anxiety... stress causss adrenal surges, which are usually short-lives, but can be CNN problematic s SD o don’t stress!! I have felt
The Worry, Stress & Anxiety has just not been there for me since I began my new life, 23 years ago. But I am saying this for my roommate, Dave; MAYBE he’ll get out of the hospital and I can play this for him. Have a Groovy day!

Super helpful
Over the past few years I’ve noticed my anxiety has gotten worse and it made me afraid that I was broken or there was something wrong with me I love things that present the facts they are and this is really helpful and understanding what’s going on and how I can help it

What, Me Worry?
This present moment is the only life we have to live, and it’s so peaceful and easy but our inner talk often leads us away from the central core of happiness and love that is here in this present moment.. The breath is an important tool and bring us back to this present moment whenever our mind worries with thoughts of the future or the past. But, again, we only have this present moment…

I felt like she and I were on the same page. Listen to the breath. Take time to be in the moment.
The breath is telling the brain to be relaxed or not. I also like the gurgling water. I focused on my feet during the exercise.

Worry, Stress, Anxiety
I learned that worry, stress, and anxiety are different. And I most commonly feel anxiety and worry.

Awareness
A lot of my anxiety and stress is rooted in learned fears from my childhood and adolescence, which while valid in the past, do not make much sense now in the life I’ve built for myself as an adult. Being aware of where my anxiety and stress is rooted is imperative, because if I understand where it comes from, I can address it. I understand the anxiety and stress is my body and brain’s way of trying to protect me from things I used to be afraid of. I no longer need to be afraid, so now I must teach my body and brain that we are okay. My plan is to breathe 🧘🏻‍♀️ and be aware of my senses to bring me back to the now. Sending love and light. 💖

Worry stress anxiety 6 min session
I felt calm when I took the breaths. I appreciated the reminder about noticing the physical: colors, smells, sounds, feeling of the body connected to seat, ground, etc.

A Reminder
Listening to this track made me remember some of the tools I’ve learned in therapy in years past. I really need to get back into therapy, but unfortunately where I live, the few licensed therapists are private practice and they don’t accept people on Medicare. Yes, my depression and anxiety is so severe that I am unable to work and perform A.D.L’s most days.
