Whole body breathing
During this meditation, I was aware of my breathing and my body. My body lifted with each breath, but not forcefully. It was nice.

I love being able to feel every ounce of my being. I love breathing and feeling it in my head, my back, my abdomen, my legs... I love the feeling of being present, now, in this moment. My entire is here, it’s present, it’s allowing me to live the life I choose and I am eternally grateful.

Very important to breathe in life!! This meditation encourages us to use our whole body to breathe which really makes sense. It can help to cleanse all your pores as well as your lungs. I found it refreshing! ❤️☮️🍀
