I love anything with sounds of nature. I found myself fascinated by all the different birds I heard. Not sure where on earth this location is but it was cool. Would love to actually be in that location to hear them in person.

This really helped me apply techniques that I’ve learned so far and listening to specific noises from nature allowed me to sort of zone out and focus on Breathing.

What a morning
I suffer BPD while living with people who just don’t get it and these people are my family.. I don’t know who to turn to as outside this house I honestly have no friends or family. I’m the black sheep and the only person I had has passed and I really do feel alone. The only time I do get some relief is when I’m mediating so thank you Aura
