This morning meditation will guide you to let go of the burdens you've been carrying and feel peace. There comes a moment when you can no longer hold it all. When your body aches for rest, and your heart longs for ease. This is that moment. Take a breath, and let yourself step inside it. Feel your breath moving in, filling your lungs with air. Exhale slowly, as though you are setting down something heavy you’ve been carrying. Notice your shoulders soften. Notice your back ease. Notice your legs growing steadier beneath you.
