What is Soul? Responding to a Friend

In this short life coaching talk, I discuss something a friend asked me about. It took me a long time to write or speak on it because frankly, it's a topic that is much bigger than any one individual. He texted me, asked, "What is soul?" He also asked several other questions about the soul. I give the best answer I can from the viewpoint of life force energy and managing it.
