There are numerous ways to heal. Each one, like a puzzle piece, fits perfectly as you need it. The whole becomes an inclusive experience that is also now a formula for what you will use for the rest of your life. Healing is often not linear. Rather a gentle unfolding of experiences - of careful insight - of willingness to go deeper than the surface ~ to where it is unknown and vulnerable. Healing is only possible through love ~ not anger, not hatred, not fear, nor arrogance. It is opening your heart to the truth as it was and as it is now.
