My word for today is HOPE
I may be Enough for Myself, but Hope has not sprung eternally… from any little part of this old, Jaded body.
I’ve decided to be more patient with myself today. I will try to be more mindful of what I need.

Thank you for this! What a beautiful practice. As I yourself what you need ans listen. Then take that into your day to others
I learned I have a chance each day I wake up to ask what I need for that day. Something to work on and cultivate. Life can be good…better…each day.
If I ask my body what it needs it will tell me. Instead of just thinking I know
What I need today
This session was lovely. Setting intention to what I need each day can show itself in everything I do and see.
Setting one intention based on what I body and mind tell me is something I can really do. I love how just one intention at a time could have such an amazing impact. Sometimes, I forget it’s the journey that matters.
I’m heading off to substitute at our high school today. Understanding is something I need to do today, both for the students and myself. I am setting an intention for a day of positive interactions through understanding.
I found myself asking for patience while listening to this track. While the message is a good one, I would categorize this as a story not a guided mediation. The talking is persistent throughout and did provide enough quiet to focus within and ask myself the same question of what I need today.
