I love meditations that have me say kind words to myself. It’s like you say kind words to plants and they bloom so beautifully, I believe the same w humans ❤️ I am often hard on myself, and get frustrated with things. But I just need to be kind to myself and be my own support system. I feel like I’m creating a better relationship w myself and meditations like these help a great deal!

I often wish kindness toward others, but rarely think of doing it for myself, so this was a great mediation for that. It was funny that “planing seeds for myself” or something similar was mentioned as I was actually planting cauliflower seeds today.

I really appreciate the comment that you don’t have to worry about how you’re feeling. You’re just planting seeds. When that comment was made, I realized I was looking for a feeling when what I really needed was to plant seeds that will come to fruition later. Thanks!

I actually really adored this one. I never practice well wishing for myself. It felt really good to direct positive energy toward myself for a change. I really need to be more loving toward myself. I say I’ve been trying to practice wellness and take care of myself but how can I without truly wishing myself well?

Just flowed for me
I have noticed that every time I listen to a meditation while I’m doing my lower back exercises it doesn’t seem like such a chore. This meditation focused on breathing and self affirmations and it really just flowed for me. 👍

It seems so obvious to us that we wish to be well and happy that we don’t find or feel a need to acknowledge or affirm these most meaningful and important wishes and desires. But by acknowledging their presence and using affirmations, the obvious is observed and acted upon. We are certainly serving our own best interest in so doing. I am most grateful for this gentle reminder. 🙏🏻Namaste 🙏🏻

You truly cannot give what you don’t have. So if you don’t have love within you, love for yourself, what can you give or offer to others? Loving yourself is a form of kindness and compassion.

I spent the day thinking that I’m afraid to come back having anxiety attack’s because maybe I’m going to have an opportunity to experience a university exchange. After those 3 minutes, I could see a difference in the way I was thinking and now I will repeat to myself every time that I’ll be fine and happy

I’ve learned that it’s more relaxing if you try and wish yourself well even when you’re going through or has gone through a stressful, difficult day. Sometimes, we are too hard on ourselves that we forget giving ourselves some space and time to appreciate all the good things we’ve already accomplished, such as staying strong or holding on.

I been so focused on helping keeping everything and everyone together that I forgot about myself. And when push cake to shove I clearly wasn’t prepared. I feel like I been caught in a bad luck storm these past 2 years and I’m trying to get out. This session is something I can use to remind myself on how to take care of myself as well as others. Planting Seeds
Most of us are taught to extend love and kindness to others. However, we often forget to extend the same to ourselves. The caveat is that in order to truly be loving and kind to others, we must first know how to be loving and kind to ourselves. Indeed, we cannot openly give what we do not possess. In this wonderful meditation, Jiva begins to plant seeds within ourselves by having us repeat gentle well wishes to ourselves. Planting these seeds of love and kindness to ourselves will help us to grow into shining beings of positivity and light. As shining beings of positivity and light, we will naturally be able to spread tiny seeds of love and kindness to everyone and everything. After all, kindness attracts kindness! This was a great meditation to begin my day with! Planting these seeds of love and kindness to myself has filled me with a powerful glow of light! Undeniably, the growing season has begun within myself! Have a beautiful day! 🙏🏻❤️😊

I noticed that I had a hard time focusing today. Which says I could be more forgiving and kind to myself to allow for more calm into my body & mind. I have a workout this morning which I’m looking forward to, although I’m still sore from our last session. I’m hopeful that I can still see Ashley tonight because I want to reconnect with her.

Wishing ourselves well allows to take care of ourselves. Acknowledging that we are allowed to feel safe and happy. If we take care of ourselves, then, and only then, can we take care of others. We reap the benefits of this rippling effect. If we feel good, our interactions with others will follow suit.

You don’t have to be 100% all the time. You should, in fact, let yourself feel all emotions. However, observe the negative ones from a distance and try to let those not move you. Move them. Take the negative emotions and put them on a train and let them ride away. Be kind to yourself as you sort out your feelings. It works, and you can do it. Have an amazing day everyone! Sitting in an upright position with my hands clasped together in prayer position, breathing into my heart’s center I repeat the following affirmations: May I be well May I be happy As I repeat these affirmations, I feel the love I have for myself expanding all throughout my being creating a warm tingling sensation all over that continues to grow stronger as I continue to show loving kindness to myself.
