Treasure yourself & let your spirit fly.
I learned that you have to treasure yourself first or no one else will. You have to love yourself, be yourself, and let your spirit be free with no questions or limitations. Be who you’re supposed to be not a person people want you to be. Let your spirit fly.

It’s not just a mindful session. It’s a great way to let all your inner stress and everything bad that is happing to you at the moment. For you to breathe and to take thoughts on different feelings and places that make you happy. Honesty my first session was super great. I woke up in the middle of the night last night and had trouble getting back to sleep. This thought popped into my head..."It is so important to create a home within yourself. To be the safety you so desperately seek" I wonder if this starts with loving yourself.

Compassion for Self. I’m going in to this meditation a little distracted because of noise, however; my breathing slowly kicked in with my senses and my surroundings became apart of my meditation. I felt compassion for them. The things i breathed, the things I smelled, the things I heard, my thoughts, even my emotions. Thank you, Aura! Have a nice day, Everyone!😀

Welcoming in Compassion
Wednesday and Thursday I was staying home sick, and Friday I tried to go to school but I had to be dismissed because my body was not feeling right. Today I’m sitting here, after 11 hours of sleep, coffee in my hands and the windows open, shining light into my living room, and I haven’t felt this happy in weeks. My body is recovering, and my mind is in the right place. I feel very very happy!!🤩

I liked the notion of “breathing in compassion.” The closing thought of this meditation about treasuring ourselves today can be possible if we remember to breathe in compassion. Lovely!
