Happy Vibes
This was a fun experience! Starting out with alternate nostril breathing, I feel my body begin to relax. I fall into a light trance state. I am in a beautiful garden with many fruit trees, fragrant flowers, butterflies and hummingbirds. I inhale deeply the pleasant smells of the flowers and the grass. I’m watching the hummingbirds buzzing around to all the different flowers and the butterflies floating around the sky. A feeling of tranquility along with happiness is taking over my mind and body. My smiling is growing. As I recite the affirmations, these positive vibrations continue to grow. My inner light is shining bright. I am grateful for the gift of life and this new day which I thank God and the universe for. May your day be filled with moments that bring you back to your natural state of happiness.
