Listening to the soothing sounds of nature, I visualize myself sitting by a creek in the early morning. Feeling the coolness of a new day against my skin, the warm glow of the sun peeking through the trees illuminating the creek, and listening to the birds chirp, I feel at peace here. Letting this peaceful feeling sink into my being, I feel grounded. This session would be perfect to listen to any time of day when you need a break and want to connect with nature. Katie gives a brief introduction. My only critique would be less music in the background. I felt the music was a little overpowering over the nature sounds.
