This guided meditation is designed to invite the listener into a state of deep rest (also known as Non-Sleep Deep Rest or NDSR). Spending time in NDSR is a wonderful reset for the mind and body, and has a whole host of positive physiological and psychological benefits. This meditation does not have a call back at the end, in case you want to use it to help fall asleep at night. If you are using this meditation for rest or NDSR practice, I recommend setting yourself an alarm or timer to go off after 15 minutes, so you don't accidentally oversleep.
