Weathering Storms
In days when I get caught up in the whirlwind of tumultuous emotions of anger, frustration, grief, confusion, like in this meditation, I place myself in the midst of a body of water, say a lake. In stormy weather, I face rough waters and thus sense the need to anchor myself to regain my bearings. Nature is the teacher, as all storms must pass, and the lake comes back to its placid self. The anchor comprises acceptance, compassion and release. Only then will I find peace. ☮️💕⚓️
