I moved back to school today. I start again tomorrow after a long break and am looking forward to getting back into school mode. It eases my mind to just lay and relax for a moment before going to bed. It puts me at ease and for that I am grateful.

Finding my center
This helped me re center myself. I was feeling overwhelmed. My emotions were on edge with thinking about all these things going on that are out of my control. I keep wanting to control every aspect but fighting for that control is building up my stress levels. Today's meditation helped ground me.

I woke up feeling very anxious after a bad dream, and the thought of going back to school today. I’m excited but I think anxiety sometimes attaches to my excitement. I have had a wonderful week and the thought of returning and stepping back into the real world is stressful. I will miss my parents and my sister. But I’m proud of myself for doing something about my anxious mind and not just letting it over power me.

Trouble falling asleep
Recently, I’ve been finding it hard to fall asleep because my mind is racing with thoughts about not finding a job. I’ve been applying to entry level jobs and they still expect experience. Through this meditation, I learned that you just need to release those worries because there’s nothing you can do about it late at night and you can deal with it in the morning and enjoy your sleep without worries.

After an extremely stressful day and a family crisis, I decided to listen to this meditation. So beautifully calm and relaxing. After just a minute or two tears were quietly running down my cheeks and I could not stop the deepest yawns. I had to fight sleep as it was not yet bedtime. It is 11:20 AM here in North Carolina, a bit before noon. I slept 8 hours last night so I was not tired when I decided to give the 7 minute version a listen. Within a short time I found myself yawning. Soon I had sleepy tears in my eyes and I am sitting here with a cup of coffee in my hand!!! I am definitely keeping this available in my favorites as I normally have difficulty falling asleep. For me, this was extremely effective. Now, I need more ☕️!!!

With each out-breath I was letting go of all my old, spent energy... With each in-breath I was letting in new, good, fresh energy... Out - letting go... In - letting in... By the end I felt totally renewed, refreshed and relaxed. Unfortunately, not ready for sleep yet. Guess I will do my other one... ❤️☮️🍀

I find this helps out also listening to good mountains soulfully natures sound and water from a creek Music you can find one YouTube Two or three hours long also eating good and thinking of two things that make you happy and or relaxed and try to find your peace of mind also drinking mountain spring water and red diamond sweet tea with four sugars in finding a comfortable position in your bed to sleep also thinking positive thoughts two.

Very relaxing session focused on deep breathing (my favorite). Releasing of old used Energy through my mouth turned into a blower like motor that propelled me across the water & the waves. A lot of fun seeing how far 1 breath would take me! ❤️⛵️🍀
