What a nice relaxing meditation before bed. The only thing that would make it better is the sounds of waves in the background. So sleepy now. Goodnight everyone.
This really helped me loosen up and free my mind and body from the days tasks
I moved back to school today. I start again tomorrow after a long break and am looking forward to getting back into school mode. It eases my mind to just lay and relax for a moment before going to bed. It puts me at ease and for that I am grateful.
Finding my center
This helped me re center myself. I was feeling overwhelmed. My emotions were on edge with thinking about all these things going on that are out of my control. I keep wanting to control every aspect but fighting for that control is building up my stress levels. Today's meditation helped ground me.
Relax. Relax. Relax. Breathe. It’s time for sleep so stop the problem solving and drift into waves of sleep.
Loved. So soothing and calming.
We have to just let things go. For inner peace. Something I strive to work on more and more everyday.
I love the visualization of a boat being drawn out into the waves. This combined with the breathing gets me to sleep every time! I don't have any real insights into my emotions today. I'm just tired, mentally and physically.

I learned that breathing real eases any stress and helps me calm my self into a slow steady peak of sleep

It's okay to let go some times And to feel free to think straight
It is helping even tonight as some added stress was presented to me Kate that will affect my day tomorrow but just taking a few minutes to relax helped calm me.
