Good way to start the day

Sometimes I find it physically difficult to breathe in deeply when the breath reaches a threshold, about 75-80%. Not sure if this is a physical thing or a mind thing. It feels as if something's blocking and I have to use my muscles to push past it.

It's difficult to soften my neck muscles and those muscles that hurt or sting.

This meditation made it very easy to focus on the breath. Imagining lying on a beach, listening to the waves coming in and going out. I wasn't aware of any other sounds around me. Just what I needed. 👍❤️🌷
