It was nice to be able to just feel the flow of breath and to image myself being the ocean, or the ocean inside me. Recently I’ve been so stressed with APUSH it was nice to just take a second and breathe, thinking that my body was liquid water, flowing and breathing and stretching. I would like to apply this to my mind today. My mind can flow, grow, expand, and then have a break, and contract, be washed away. I would like to apply the growth to APUSH today and think that my brain is flexible and can hold as much as I need it to, but also have a break later when that is needed as well.
