Good way to start the day
This one was very simple and calming to my stressed mind. Doing the breathing and just concentrating on that has me feeling much calmer and more confident to start my day.

Breathing
Sometimes I find it physically difficult to breathe in deeply when the breath reaches a threshold, about 75-80%. Not sure if this is a physical thing or a mind thing. It feels as if something's blocking and I have to use my muscles to push past it.

Easy To Get Distracted
It's good to breathe. Fresh good clean oxygen. Love's a strong force. An entirely separate language. Pray. Bless others and be blessed. Do not sin. Penance. Gifts are coming. Just practice breath. I promise to you, miracles are awaiting us --GREG-- 💟💟💟💟

Waves
This meditation made it very easy to focus on the breath. Imagining lying on a beach, listening to the waves coming in and going out. I wasn't aware of any other sounds around me. Just what I needed. 👍❤️🌷

Waves of emotion
From within the breath of life swells up like soft waves into the places in need of cleansing and the rolling of the exhalation carries away burden and worry... reinforcing calm structure

This session leader, the first I've been served from him, takes long pauses in his narration.
I felt several times that something had gone wrong with the audio, which pulled me out of the state of introspection I was striving for.

Breathing is more than...
Breathing helps, the right moment and the precise rhythm will allow for that tranquirlity to kick in. Be aware that in the end, only you can provide yourself with that peace and tranquility. The will to do something is all yours, no recording will give you that.

So strange
It’s so strange to me that such a brief session of controlled breathing can do so much good, as well as relieve so much stress and tension in the body. I wish it came naturally enough so I didn’t need this app, but it doesn’t so I am very grateful this app exists.

Skipping out on meditating doesn't work for me.
I've. Cheated myself for a couple weeks now. Made excuses of why I couldn't make time or didn't need three minutes of mindfulness. I was wrong. Autopilot is reset everyday I wake up. It's up to Me to remember to turn it off. I'm back. It's a beautiful day and I'm am blessed to be alive!

Sounds of Machines
My house is buzzing with noise. So much stuff rattling off; keeping the air cool, connecting to WiFi, cars outside, etc. I forgot about this stuff, but tuning in to my surroundings reminds me of all the ambient noise in my home. It’s sort of amazing, considering I have so many little things keeping me comfortable that I take for granted. So many little things so readily available that I have and need to be thankful for.

Waves of breath
This was a really soothing meditation. I never thought of my breath as a wave. It took me back to my childhood at the beach watching the waves come in and go out again.

Letting the waves of breath wash over my mind, washing it clean- that is great imagery for me. I never thought about just rinsing of my mind and starting fresh. I will try to remember this to try again. Namaste

Letting go of the mind “gerbils”.
It takes being so peaceful, if only for a short time, to recognize all the activity going on in the mind. Like gerbils running in a cage! How nice to still them for a while. With practice-who knows how long before they are still for hours!ツ

Waves of Breathing
I learned that are intake we are noticeable of our breath, but when we exhale we don’t really notice. In life it’s a wave, as we see the wave build up it could turn out to be a bad wave to surf. I have learned ultimately that life may seem be built up more than it really is around you. Take one breath of a time to really see what is all around you instead of stressing over one thing that can just be a small thing.

access to nature
I realised that what i am missing is access to nature. yesterday i came across this atticle which talks about how 'access to nature' is a right in few of the european countries. nature calms me down. a morning walk, seeing trees, listening to birds chirp and here i am living away from ll of that surrounded by yells, honks and clatter of city life.

Breaking away
Taking the time in beginning part of my day to sit still and breathe calms my mind and is so worth it.. I notice the difference when I do the practice and on days when I get to caught up with the drama (and the good things too) that which distracts me from my personal little rituals..

Waves
Having analogies for breathing like the waves and tide make you feel pure and clean. Making sure every part of your body is relaxed and focusing in on each part of your body is a great way to start a relaxing meditation.

Focus on what’s really important
Wow, focusing on softening the parts of my body and relating my breaths to waves of an ocean helped me to imagine my anxiety being swept away by those waves, in translation, by my breaths.

Vacation
Ive been having some trouble connecting on the level that i was before. The intensity of stress, drama, health makes me a bit desperate for relief. Im on vacation to California currently and moving about with happiness and ease. I dont feel the urgency. But ive stayed with the practice and am mindful in the things i plan. I wonder if maybe im trying to infuse some of this into my life? Working on that promise to myself to make this change a long tern one.

August 1, 2018 | PB day 3
This morning I woke up and my now ex but still my best friend goes to work in the city, so we still text Good morning and Goodnight. He usually sends it first but this morning he didn’t text me at all. I sent him the text and an hour later no reply. So I got really worried and I decided to call him. Apparently he stayed home and just didn’t tell me so I worried for nothing. I decided to go to Aura to help my anxiety...it’s difficult not worrying about someone who matters so much but this meditation helped a lot. It made me relax and realize you don’t have to worry so much it makes your heart race or brain scatter, yet just breathing and staying calm is the way to go.

Tides
It was nice to be able to just feel the flow of breath and to image myself being the ocean, or the ocean inside me. Recently I’ve been so stressed with APUSH it was nice to just take a second and breathe, thinking that my body was liquid water, flowing and breathing and stretching. I would like to apply this to my mind today. My mind can flow, grow, expand, and then have a break, and contract, be washed away. I would like to apply the growth to APUSH today and think that my brain is flexible and can hold as much as I need it to, but also have a break later when that is needed as well.

Waves 🌊 of Breath...
... is aptly named. As I focused on each breath, I was able to visualize walking along an empty beach either at dawn or dusk, the sea calm. As the waves 🌊 gently met the wet, firm sand, they so perfectly matched my own waves of breath that I could almost hear them as they slowly flowed back out into the calmness of the peaceful ocean. I loved this! ♥️🦋🙏♥️

Feelings
Feelings are just that. They change, ebb & flow. Acknowledging them is neccessary but too much focus on them is distressing to me. But yet I do that. Meditating helps me reduce my focus on them

Science
The biology and chemistry of our breath is fascinating. Our bodies intake the air using our diaphragm to let air in, process it with our bronchii, producing carbon dioxide, and exhaling it back into the atmosphere, all in a matter of seconds, mostly unconsciously. Focusing on breathing definitely helps me notice the way breathing makes me feel.

Waves of Breath
This is a wonderful breathing meditation to get you grounded in the present moment. Breath washes in like waves of an ocean, replenishing your body, and then washes out like the tide, letting go of any tension. Your mind is clear and your body is still, calm and relaxed. 🌊

Relaxing 😌
Laying on my soft cozy bed, I take a deep inhale, pause at that top, and then slowly exhale letting out a sigh to release any tension from the day. After doing this for a couple of times, I can feel my body going from doing mode to just being mode. Then I allow my body to just breathe naturally visualizing my breath like waves of the ocean. My body as well as my mind continues to soften and relax. When it is time to bring my attention back to the room, I take another deep inhale, pause at the top, slowly exhale letting out a sigh and open my eyes to return back to my day. Excellent session to take a break from doing mode to just being mode.
