Drifting...
Irene takes us to the beach in this very relaxing meditation. She suggests the use of our 3rd eye as an anchor if needed (I only remember using it once).
So I am at the beach enjoying the sun, the sand & the seagulls while walking in the surf. I feel my feet in the sand and how the outgoing waves wash away the sand around your feet and you sink into it a little... always loved that feeling! Then a bigger wave comes in & lifts me up and I allow it to take me out to the sea, floating on it and enjoying the sun and view. Very relaxed now floating on top of the water, stretched out like a big raft. Not a care in the world... just listening to the gulls and “Being”... fully relaxed. I soak in the feelings of the moment to be able to come back to it during the busyness of my day. My “ocean oasis” is anchored in the feeling cells of my body, mind & spirit...
