Is required when utilizing an effective relaxation meditation like this one; as I actually fell asleep, which was my desired outcome, however I then needed to relocate to my bed which was mildly annoying. I would definitely use this one again.

Very relaxing for sleep 😴
I fell a sleep after listening to this session so, I can say that it’s very relaxing and just what I needed. I liked that it was 14 minuets long, I needed the extra time to unwind. I will definitely save this one!

A very wonderful meditation for complete relaxation. I felt the heaviness set into my body as I lay on my bed. Then the warmth of the sun and ocean waves. I felt as if I was a beautiful, blue translucent creature being taken out to sea. I didn’t want that feeling to go away. A thousand thanks, Irene. 🙏

Irene, you did it again. What wonderful relaxation. I turned up your music a bit on this one because it relaxed me even more. I purposely remained awake because I wanted to hear it in its entirety. It was so beautifully relaxing and calming that I feel as though I don’t have a care in the world! I use this app whenever I feel stressed or tired but can't sleep. I always feel restful and mindful about myself. I use this as a ways to calm the mind and relax the body but this one really stood out to me. Well done 😀👍👍

Expecting ocean wave sounds
If I had known that this session wouldn't feature the sounds I expected, I might have driven the 10 minutes to my favorite beach and listened there in the full ambiance of the morning at the beach!

Horrible the voice sounded like a robot so I was focusing on that the 3rd eye freaked me out and did not talk about waves and went on about relaxing horrible

I hated it, her voice and accent were just so annoying for me so it didn't help me relax, and that music was a bit off and loud at first then I kinda got into it so I tried to ignore the lady and foucse on the music.

Odd how thinking of that third eye, that spot on your forehead, can give you peace. Mindfulness is such a wonderful gift to oneself!!!

I learned that when I put myself in a calm space, focusing on pressure points can be relaxing and helpful for when I want to forget my stresses and sadnesses. It felt like it actually was hitting those points, as if they were bubbles, and popping them as they fade away.

I feel sooo relaxed!
I love ❤️ the imagery in this session. I was a little put off by the unfamiliar accent at first, but her voice is very calm and the progression of the lesson is perfect. The only thing that could have made this better would have been if I had been able to lay down. Thank you!🙏

Drifting...
Irene takes us to the beach in this very relaxing meditation. She suggests the use of our 3rd eye as an anchor if needed (I only remember using it once). So I am at the beach enjoying the sun, the sand & the seagulls while walking in the surf. I feel my feet in the sand and how the outgoing waves wash away the sand around your feet and you sink into it a little... always loved that feeling! Then a bigger wave comes in & lifts me up and I allow it to take me out to the sea, floating on it and enjoying the sun and view. Very relaxed now floating on top of the water, stretched out like a big raft. Not a care in the world... just listening to the gulls and “Being”... fully relaxed. I soak in the feelings of the moment to be able to come back to it during the busyness of my day. My “ocean oasis” is anchored in the feeling cells of my body, mind & spirit... Thanks Irene! 💚🌴🍀

I got anxious
I noticed that when the wave picked me up I was still ok with the visualization but once it made me drift deeper an deeper into the sea I became anxious. Having grown up in the Caribbean going “drifting deeper into the sea” is not encouraged. And writing this down does make me giggle a bit, seems that I need to practice this more to feel safe in my meditation.
