Is required when utilizing an effective relaxation meditation like this one; as I actually fell asleep, which was my desired outcome, however I then needed to relocate to my bed which was mildly annoying. I would definitely use this one again.

Very relaxing for sleep ๐ด
I fell a sleep after listening to this session so, I can say that itโs very relaxing and just what I needed. I liked that it was 14 minuets long, I needed the extra time to unwind. I will definitely save this one!

A very wonderful meditation for complete relaxation. I felt the heaviness set into my body as I lay on my bed. Then the warmth of the sun and ocean waves.
