Still in a dreamlike state when we first wake up, our subconscious is extremely palpable to suggestions. Thus, it is a perfect time to set our intentions for our day. It is also a great time to write down any dreams we may have had during the night, as dreams can tell us things about the direction we are going in our life.
As we begin to wake up more, it is good to stretch our body and check in with how we’re feeling. If we find that we are feeling a negative emotion, Cindy suggests we feel into this emotion. Being open to what our body tells us, we can learn a lot about living our path as our authentic self. Giving ourselves love and compassion, we can let go of anything that no longer serves us.
Because we co-create our reality with our thoughts, Cindy suggests we visualize going through our day utilizing all of our senses. Looking forward to our day, our mindset becomes positive. Having a positive mindset doesn’t mean everything is unicorns and rainbows, but it does give us unique opportunities to see things in different perspectives.
Remembering to do these very simple steps upon waking will set us up to have a vibrant day. Before long, these vibrant days will turn into weeks, months and years. Looking back, we will be able to say that we lived a very vibrant life! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
