No time to relax into my day
Had to be up and busy first thing today...no time to languish in bed and notice the things and sensations around me! Too much needed to be done! This isn’t everyday thankfully, but lately? I’ve been experiencing busy mornings and busy days...not that I’m really complaining, mind you! I'm thrilled just to be here and keep active! I actually gave a little work to do! That alone is stressful, but I think I can handle it! I'm making the changes I desire for my life!

PhD Comprehensives

In many ways I have stopped listening to my body and should be more aware. I also noticed that the things that I used to enjoy I now take more for granted. Maybe it is time for me to get centered again.

Today I will follow my bliss
No pressure to be anywhere else or with anyone. I will practice self-care without guilt. I was feeling bad bc I woke up really early this morning and felt like I had to go to sleep some more to rest. Thus making me feel inadequate and guilty. It was like a cloud of scribbled pencil over my head. I can, in my imagination, take an eraser bc that doesn’t serve my highest good. What’s important is to connect to the Divine & to self & engage in inspired actions that will include self-care, journaling & taking an e-course to create my best life. There will be time, there will be time.

I loved the line about defining something that will make us happy and nourish us. I will plan a trip to the gym over lunch. I will try an acorn squash recipe and I will play some Mozart while working. But first I will pour a coffee and cut up a delicious pomegranate and note the red colors and great texture.

I learned that the greatest wealth one can have is their health. Cherish is it, be great full for it. Work at maintaining it.

Vibrant Day
Still in a dreamlike state when we first wake up, our subconscious is extremely palpable to suggestions. Thus, it is a perfect time to set our intentions for our day. It is also a great time to write down any dreams we may have had during the night, as dreams can tell us things about the direction we are going in our life. As we begin to wake up more, it is good to stretch our body and check in with how we’re feeling. If we find that we are feeling a negative emotion, Cindy suggests we feel into this emotion. Being open to what our body tells us, we can learn a lot about living our path as our authentic self. Giving ourselves love and compassion, we can let go of anything that no longer serves us. Because we co-create our reality with our thoughts, Cindy suggests we visualize going through our day utilizing all of our senses. Looking forward to our day, our mindset becomes positive. Having a positive mindset doesn’t mean everything is unicorns and rainbows, but it does give us unique opportunities to see things in different perspectives. Remembering to do these very simple steps upon waking will set us up to have a vibrant day. Before long, these vibrant days will turn into weeks, months and years. Looking back, we will be able to say that we lived a very vibrant life! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Getting so much
I am getting so much with Aura. It’s changing ways that I think and feel for the better. It’s cleared up and it’s feeling better today and every day.
