This morning meditation will guide you to unwrap the gift of now as you rest in the simplicity of this moment. Close your eyes, and let yourself be here fully. Let your shoulders relax downward. Soften your belly. Unclench your hands. Take a slow breath in, as if you’re unwrapping a sacred gift. Exhale gently, as if releasing the ribbon that once held it closed.
