Unwinding...
Right from the start she had me in a relaxed mode. Then she kept helping me to unwind, loosen up & smooth out any kinks I was aware of in my body. We ironed out the wrinkles in my forehead , massaged my temples and worked down loosening up the rest of my over-stressed body. I could feel my muscles start to twitch, unwind & detangle from the other ones around them. Loosening & unwinding... relaxing and sinking deeper into my bed... next thing I hear is that familiar piano tune... πŸ˜¬πŸ™„πŸ˜‘ I found this to be very effective at unwinding my tensions!

Ahhhh.
This meditation was so relaxing. I was a bit stressed before I did the meditation, but I feel calm now.

It’s always fascinating to realize where I hold tension throughout my body. I did have a hard time not noticing her voice...it was a little tough to completely relax
